All sites are set up with 100 GB disk disk space and 1,000 GB of transfer space. This is enough to accommodate most sites. Sites requiring more space will require an increase in the hosting charges. With these amounts in mind, I have no pre-set limits on pictures or text. Your site can have as many pictures as you like within your allotted space.

Included in the building of your website is logo design, if you do not already have a logo. I build the majority of the graphics found on my sites. Sites, graphics, and logos are designed around your stable/kennel/business colors and your ideas. Your logo from the website can also be reworked for business card use.

Rates and Plans

Monthly Domain and Hosting Plan:

  • Start up fee of $30* secures domain name and 1st month of site hosting**
  • Monthly hosting fee [effective the month after start up] is $10* per month**

1 Year Domain and Hosting Plan:

  • Start up fee of $120* secures domain name for 2 years and hosting for 1 year**

2 Year Domain and Hosting Plan:

  • Start up fee of $190* secures domain name AND hosting for 2 years**

*Larger sites may require a higher hosting fee to cover monthly MB/GB usage for site content and viewing. **Prices are subject to change due to supplier fluctuations.

Initial Set Up and Maintenance Charges:

  • Initial site set up fee is $120 for the first 5 pages
  • Updates are billed at $15 per hour
  • Billing is done monthly

Sites are updated when the owner has information they would like to add or change. Most updates and changes are done within two business days. Sites are optimized and submitted to search engines after they are initially built and this time is included in this initial site set up fee. Optimizing and submitting any new page(s) is included in the charges incurred with the building of the new page(s).

Site Options

Sites with "extras" such as an online catalog and secure ordering catalog, online searchable database, etc. will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Charges for additional options will be in addition to the rates above.

PayPal is my preferred method of payment; cash, money orders, and cashier's checks are also accepted. No personal checks, please, unless I've pre-approved that payment method. Start up fees must be received before domain names and hosting accounts are secured and work is started on the site.

Please keep in mind that I do not build sites other than for family-friendly purposes.
